There are lots of areas to use for a project, including the exterior spaces of Jen’s property above in green.
The garage door entrance can be configured in several ways, including a baffle wall so the viewer can’t see any of your work until they enter the space.
The open air lobby can be cleared out entirely, except for the slop sink.
The garage door itself can be closed or left open.
The garage door is open here with a partial constructed wall to shorten the entrance.
The north end has a standard door that can be used for emergency exit only or for a standard egress. The split system HVAC unit will stay put through all shows. The space is equipped with LED daylight even lighting, however we also custom light every show with moveable track lighting. That process is done in cooperation with the artist.
The rafters are impressive & can be utilized by an artist. The skylights are generally blacked out for better control of lighting, but they can be uncovered if you prefer.
